    Fulfilment of Suspensive Conditions of Contract (i.e. Bond approval or sale of Purchaser's property).

  • Signature

    Signature of Documents & Buyer and Seller Payment Costs.

  • Finances

    Finances (i.e. Guarantees / Prior Transfer).

  • Lodgement

    Lodgement in Deeds Office (6-8 working days).

  • Registration

    Registration in Deeds Office – Congratulations! You are now the owner.

  • Payment

    Payment of Balance of Purchase Price.

  • Finance

    Buyer apply for finance and accept quotation

  • Instruction

    Attorneys Receipt of Instruction from Bank & FICA documentation to be collected from client.

  • Signature

    Preparation of Documents and Buyer to sign same at Attorney's Office

  • Process

    Process documentation via system to the Bank in order to receive proceed to lodge in Deeds Office and issue guarantees.

  • Lodgement

    Lodgement in Deeds Office (6-8 working days).

  • Registration

    Registration in Deeds Office and Payment of Purchase Price.
